The Famous Fire Sessions: ‘Reignited’ the ancient allure of fire… survival fires and rescue fires,

Completely hands on, fast paced scenarios to survive, cook and be rescued.

Individual fires will be the start, pitched at the level of each student, this year we will run basic and advance techniques to keep the elders challenged, successful completion of the fire will result in cooking, and heating, once were there we must move into rescue mode, the smokiest fire wins..

whos going to be able to create man’s real best friend, feed and be found by the rescue chopper?? Age 6 to 16

MISSION BRIEF

THE ITINERARY

Your mission itinerary might include anything from abseiling to paintball, starting fires to swinging ropes. Your dedicated Under The Canopy team will create a mission plan for an adventure to remember.

WHAT TO BRING

Make sure you dress for the weather.
The minimum required :
Long trousers
T-shirt
Long top
Jacket
Close toe shoes
Bottle of water
Snacks
Any medication must be made aware to an instructor. This is the same for allergies and intolerances. If multiple sessions are booked then lunch should be packed for the duration. If it’s raining then waterproofs are a good idea. If it’s freezing then extra layers are a good idea. If its readers then suncream works.

THE RENDEZVOUS

You mission rendezvous point will be: Long Rock Woods, Lanherne Valley, St Mawgan, Newquay, TR8 4HH. Your commandos will be ready and waiting for a wilderness adventure like no other!
